The negative impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on transportation services has been immense in West Hawaii. Our contracted providers are faced with an extreme shortage of bus drivers to service our schools. This circumstance has resulted in our ability to offer limited bus ridership when school opens for the fall semester in August.
If your child(ren) would normally ride the bus but you are able to provide transportation, please help us by providing transportation for your child during this time and notifying the school that you would like to be placed on the waitlist. When circumstances change, we will contact you to complete a bus application.
If you need transportation services, please complete and submit your bus application. Services will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. All other applications will be placed on a waiting list and families will be notified of their waiting list status and when there is a change in status. Thank-you for your understanding. We apologize for the extended hardship that is being placed on families.
