Box Tops are each worth 10¢ for schools and are found on hundreds of products. When students, families, schools and communities work together to collect Box Tops, the money adds up fast. In the past years Kohala Middle School collected over $500. We can earn even more cash this school year with your help. Our goal for school year 2017-2018 is $1,000. Here are a few ways you can help us reach that goal:
- Encourage family members to clip and collect Box Tops.
- Place a Box Tops collection bin in front of your business. Your employees and patrons will identify your business as a Box Tops drop-off location and a main supporter of our school.
- Donate products that we can use as contest prizes (prizes motivate students to participate).
Box Tops can be found on cereal boxes, frozen food packaging, paper products, Ziploc bag packaging etc. So check your stuff out before you recycle or toss it. To learn more about the Box Tops for Education™ program and see a list of participating products, visit www.btfe.com
When turning Box Tops in to your homeroom teachers or the office be sure to write your hale name, as we will award house points toward our Advisory program.
Our school’s Box Tops will be submitted twice a year, once in the fall (November 1) and once in the spring (March 1).
The first count for the fall submission will happen the week of October 16th-20th, if you have any questions or Box Tops to submit for Kohala Middle School please talk to Aunty Celene in the office.
Thank you for your support : )
